I printed them out on gloss paper at Office Max, and it cost around $3.00 UDS. I chopped the potatoes, set up the fish and batter ingredients, and made the tartar sauce. Once that was all done, I started Episode 1. While episode 1 was playing (I was casually watching from the kitchen because I&#8217;ve seen the show a 100 times), I put the pie in the oven and started frying up the chips and fish. I was pretty confident I could get it all done before Episode 2 started, but if you want to play it safe, you can make all the food before starting the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.daringgourmet.com\/fish-and-chips\/\">Fish and Chip recipe<\/a><\/span><\/strong> I used. Make sure to use a light Irish beer for the fish batter! Cover it in flour, and then the fish batter, and fry it up. Chicken should have an internal temp of 165 degrees F. The drinks I served were Jameson and Coca-Cola. Fill the cap of a 151 high proof alcohol and carefully pour it on top of the sugar cube. It must be 151 high proof to create a flame. Be careful not to spill it. You need to work fast, so once you soak the sugar cube, it&#8217;s time to light it up. Make sure you have something on hand to put out the flame if it gets out of control. I was nervous, so my husband was standing by with a towel to smother the flame. Luckily, it wasn&#8217;t needed, and I was probably being dramatic, but better safe than sorry, LMAO! The flame burned for about 5 minutes. You&#8217;ll also need <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3O2hopm\">melting chocolate<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4sW39Cx\">Dipping sticks.<\/a><\/span><\/strong> I served big marshmallows with the chocolate fountain, and it was so much fun! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Timing Note:<\/strong> My chocolate fountain needed to run for 15 minutes to warm up, so I suggest you set it up and let it run during Episode 3.
